statement:
|
Painting has always been a strong focus in my life and with no formal art training I consider myself completely self-taught.
I paint predominantly in watercolour and acrylic with occasional forays into other media, and take much of my inspiration from the intense diversity of our natural environment with its ever-changing atmosphere of light, colour, reflections and clouds. Creating a picture gives me great pleasure; success for me is if I can bring even a fraction of that pleasure to someone else. |
