I actually saw some of this today. A big parrot was going crazy in someone’s living room!

Friday 1 Sept – Thursday 14 September 2006
Everyday at 10, 12, 2.30, 4 & 7
Big Screen Liverpool, Clayton Square, L1 1QR
37Seconds presents its thirteenth programme of contemporary art curated for The Big Screen Liverpool. The final programme before 37Seconds begins its collaboration with this year’s Liverpool Biennial features an International selection of compelling and original moving image art works exclusively for Liverpool’s public.
From Corinna Schnitt’s rotating camera viewpoint of a tidy middle-class living room as it becomes progressively seized by the stoic instinct of a range of increasingly irregular pets to Sanderson & Conroy’s stunning but uneasy self portraits, as they disappear into the bustle of a busy street in Shanghai wearing traditional Chinese public attire, pyjamas; this programme exhibits varying perspectives on our complex relationship to inside and outside space.
Also featuring two works from Louise Bertelsen and Po Shu Wang’s Living Lenses project.
