Hello all!
Well, the judging panel - consisting of representatives from the Arts Council Northwest, Art in Liverpool, Microzine, The Liverpool and Manchester Design Initiative, The Culture Company and p-ornithology - met yesterday afternoon and the 100Shirts were chosen from all of the entries submitted!
The quality of artwork was phenomenal and so it was quite a difficult task to narrow down all of the entries to our group favourite 100Shirt Designs but, after much debate, we managed to pick 100 designs!
These top 100Shirts designs will all be featured in the 100Shirts Exhibition to take place in Microzine in February - Watch this space for more details!
Are you one of the lucky artists to have your artwork chosen to feature in the 100Shirts Exhibition? Well, the chosen 100 are being transported and uploaded to the official 100Shirts Website as I write and hopefully, we will be coming back to you with the live link to the website very soon.
To find out if you are one of the chosen 100, keep your eyes on this blog as we will only be updating you all via this message board from now on.
Congratulations in advance to all of the artists who have had their artwork chosen for the 100Shirts exhibition, book and website! For everyone else, there's always next year.
All the best,
Bob :-)

Hello P-orinithology.
When will the winners names be posted. Or will we only know once the 100 chosen entries are shown on the website?
Thanks
Lucy

The winners of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be chosen by the judging panel during the exhibition. These will be announced at the Awards Night at the end of the exhibition. More details of the Awards Night will follow nearer the time.

Awreet,
Just thought I'd thank Bob for all her correspondence during the comp', it must have done her nut in, having to reply to every weirdo artist in christendom (if thats how you spell it), I know it would of done mine in. Anyway, hope I win the money, then I can pay to have my electric put back on, and have my child get the life saving operation he needs (JOKE!). Ta Bob.

Thankyou Bob for all your help with the submission process and information you have been a dimond. I was wondering will we be informed by email if we are in the 100? I know you have alot on with exhibit organising, catalogue etc. I am in the same boat at the moment with Architectonics. But would like to know by email if I am part of it.
with thanks

I agree, even with the last minuteers, Bob was always there with ( I imagine) a cheery smile. Cheers!
